Refund Policy

1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- CPAP masks that have been opened or used
- Nasal pillows and cushions
- Headgear and chin straps
- Tubing and filters
- Any item that has been in contact with the face or airways
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
7. Warranty
Many of our CPAP machines come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer, but we are happy to assist you with the process.
